Lo scorso 23 febbraio è emerso un video girato dalla giornalista Muthanna Annajjar che mostra un bulldozer dell’occupazione israeliana che procede a est di Khan Younis nella striscia di Gaza e trascina il corpo senza vita di Mohammed Al-Naem dopo che quest’ultimo è stato ucciso da un proiettile sparato dai soldati israeliani.
La lama del bulldozer penetra nel suo corpo senza alcun rispetto per la dignità dell’essere umano dopo la morte.
Questa scena è stata uno shock, non solo perché è stato un atto insolito da parte delle forze di occupazione israeliane, ma anche perché la scena è stata catturata da una telecamera e il mondo guarda la realtà dell’occupazione tramite video e audio. Ciò ha smascherato la falsa propaganda che Israele promuove di se stesso come stato di diritto e di democrazia.
Questa scena ci ricorda la tragedia simile che è stata commessa nei confronti dell’attivista americana Rachel Corrie nel 2003. In quell’anno le forze di occupazione demolirono migliaia di case palestinesi che si trovavano vicino al confine palestinese-egiziano nella città di Rafah lasciando sfollati senza alcun riparo donne, anziani e bambini. Davanti a tale disperazione si ribellò la coscienza dell’attivista americana. Aveva solo 23 anni quando raggiunse Rafa partendo dalla sua città Washington DC.
Quel giorno si pose come scudo umano per proteggere le case palestinesi.
Mentre un bulldozer israeliano procedeva per demolire una casa, Rachel si mise davanti al mezzo supplicando l’autista israeliano affinché si fermasse. Ma l’autista non ascoltò questa voce umana e, procedendo con il suo bulldozer, schiacciò crudelmente l’attivista Rachel. Nel commettere questo crimine sapeva di essere protetto dal suo stato, l’uccisione di persone innocenti non è considerato un grosso problema, agli occhi degli israeliani appare normale la repressione di coloro che si oppongono alla sua politica.
Questo non è un crimine isolato rispetto alla politica di occupazione sistemica. Lo stato di occupazione si regge dal primo giorno della sua fondazione su massacri, trasferimenti e pulizia etnica del popolo palestinese.
Quindi esiste una relazione naturale tra questo atto e il progetto di occupazione, e dopo questi avvenimenti non si prevede nessun cambiamento morale.
L’omicidio del martire Mohammed Al-Naem ad est di Khan Younis è un esempio di atti quotidiani con metodi di confronto ogni volta diversi tra il palestinese, proprietario della terra e l’israeliano, ladro della terra.
Non c’è casa palestinese senza un dramma causato da Israele nei suoi lunghi anni di occupazione, che si tratti di omicidio o prigionia per lunghi decenni o espulsione, devastazione di aziende agricole o demolizioni di case.
Israele è uno stato che è stato fondato su massacri e aggressioni.
Pensano di essere al di sopra della legge e senza nessuna responsabilità perché l’apartheid israeliano è ancora sostenuto economicamente e politicamente dai governi occidentali, quindi Rachel non è stata la prima vittima e Mohammed Al-Naem non sarà l’ultima. Ci saranno altri crimini contro l’umanità e altre vittime, sarà solo una questione di tempo, settimane, giorni o pochi minuti a partire da adesso.

Ahmed Abu Artema On last February, 23, a video that was taken by journalist Muthanna Annajjar emerged showing an Israeli occupation bulldozer invading east of Khanyounis in the Gaza strip and dragging lifless body of Mohammed Anna’im after the latter was killed by israeli occupation soldiers bullet. the blade of the bulldozer was then made to penetrat his body without any respect to human being dignity after death. This scene was a shock, not only because it was an unusual act by Israeli occupation forces but also because the scene was captured by a camera and the world watch the reality of the occupation by video and audio. This debunked the fake propaganda that israel promotes about itself as it’s the state of law and democracy. This scene reminds us of the similar tragedy that was committed upon the American activist Rachel Corrie in 2003. During that year, the occupation forces were demolishing thousands of Palestinian homes that were near the Egyptian Palestinian border in Rafah city leaving women, elderly and children displaced without any shelter. This misery revolted the American activist’s conscious. She was only 23, she travelled from her city in Washington DC to Rafa city. On that day she was forming human shield to protect Palestinian homes. As an israeli bulldozer moved forward to demolish a Palestinian home, Rachel stood infront of it pleading the Israeli driver to stop. But this driver gave a deaf ear to this human voice, so he moved and cruelly crushed the activist Rachel by his bulldozer. While he was committing the crime, He knew that he was protected by his state and the killing of innocent people is not a big deal in the eyes of the israelis when it relates to suppress those qho are against its policy. This is not isolated crime than the systemic occupation policy. The occupation state was found form day one on the massacres, displacement and ethnic cleansing of the Palestinian people. So there is natural relation between this act and the occupation project, and it’s not expected that the occupation project will be moral after that. The murder of the martyr Mohammed Alnaem east of Khanyounis is an example of daily acts with different methods in every point of friction between the palestinian, the owner of the land and the israeli, the thief of the land. There are no palestinian homes without a misery that is caused by israel since its long years of occupation, whether murder or imprisonment for long decades or expulsion, farm bulldozing or homes demolition. Israel is a state that was found on the massacres a d aggresions. They think that they are above the law ond no accountability. As the Israeli apartheid is still economically and politically supported by the western governments, so Rachel will not be the first victim and Mohammed alnnaem will not be the last. More crimes against humanity and more victims falling will be only a matter of time, weeks, day or just minutes from now
